2018 Beneficiaries

ARC CHILDREN’S CENTRE

Since 2011, Arc Children’s Centre has helped more than 150 children with cancer or life-threatening illnesses. An independent charity Centre, they provide a sanctuary for the children’s continuing education, safety and bonding.

They work to maximize each child’s potential and instill confidence to lead a fulfilling life. They also provide a haven of respite and reprieve for parents trying to cope with the challenges of battling cancer.

DAUGHTERS OF TOMORROW

Daughters Of Tomorrow supports women from low-income families, mostly living in government-subsidized rental flats, and facing multiple stressors in their families.

Through their skills-training, individual coaching, and job-bridging programmes, they help each woman obtain regular employment and gain a social support network that helps them through difficult times.

WILD RICE Gift of Theatre

Since 2014, W!LD RICE’s Gift of Theatre programme has shared the magic of theatre with special-needs groups, as well as children, the elderly, and families from underprivileged backgrounds - people who might otherwise not have access to the arts, or the opportunity to experience a fun night out at the theatre.

W!LD RICE is recognised as one of Singapore’s leading professional theatre companies today, with a mission to present quality productions that inspire, challenge and entertain.
