Janice received a Masters with Distinction in Theatre Administration from Goldsmith’s College, under a Public Service Commission scholarship. A graduate of the NUS Theatre Studies programme, she is a respected actor and arts advocate, who also served as a Nominated Member of Parliament from 2012-2014, passionately championing the importance of culture, heritage, design and the Arts. Janice’s stage and screen experience has spanned almost three decades. She won the Life! Theatre Award for Best Actress in 2003 and has received multiple Best Actress nominations for her work on stage. She has starred in over 30 television and film projects including Fighting Spiders. In 2010, she earned an Asian Television Awards nomination for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role for her performance in The Pupil. She most recently appeared as Felicity Young in Warner Brothers’ blockbuster hit Crazy Rich Asians directed by Jon M Chu. Janice currently serves on the boards of Wild Rice, the National Arts Council’s Public Art Trust, and the Victoria Advisory Committee. She is a proud co-founder of Pasar Glamour.

She has a versatile and warm coaching style and has experience training people from different backgrounds such as CEOs, professionals, teachers and students. She runs workshops on presentation skills, voice, and storytelling at corporate companies and also brings experts in the field of Voice and Singing to Singapore. She is a much sought after voice actor for commercials, audio guides, online learning websites and animation. She was a radio deejay and talk show host on various top radio stations in Singapore and is also a popular emcee for corporate and family events. She is the first and only Singaporean at the moment who is certified as an Assistant Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework™ method.
Pam is a veteran actor, director and producer and has been in the Singapore entertainment scene for 25 years. She is probably best known for being one third of the Dim Sum Dolliesâ, Singapore’s most popular comedy cabaret act. Pam is also the lead singer of Singaporean rock band Ugly in the Morning, which released their latest album 3 or More If You Can Afford It in 2018. Apart from being a performer, wife and mother, Pam also gives of her time to several charities including Arc Children’s Centre, Wild Rice Theatre Company and AWARE. She stands alongside Janice Koh and Petrina Kow as a proud founding member of the Pasar Glamour initiative.
