Online Orders

If you have purchased an item from our online store, you should receive an automated order confirmation email. All emails will be sent to the email address provided in your order during checkout.

If you do not see a confirmation order from us, please check your spam or trash folder.


Payment

Pasar Glamour only accepts PAYNOW for our online sales.

 

Processing & Delivery

Please give us 7 working days to despatch your order. We only deliver within Singapore, and charge a flat fee of $12 for all addresses.

Upon order confirmation, you will be contacted by our courier to arrange a suitable delivery date and timing.


Returns & Exchange Policy

As this is a fundraiser and net proceeds will be going to charity, we will not be accepting any returns, refunds or exchanges.

All the items on Pasar Glamour are being sold “as is”. They are unique, pre-loved, and each item has a past and a story. We try our best to clean and condition the pieces, and our pricing already reflects the condition of each item.


Authenticity

Pasar Glamour is not responsible for the authenticity of the designer items donated to us for sale. We try our best to seek donations from trusted sources only. However, we do not have the resources or expertise to verify that all the articles donated are genuine. If you have a question about the authenticity of your purchase, and are able to demonstrate that it is not genuine, please email us at admin@pasarglamour.com.


Cancellation Policy

Once an order is submitted, we do not accept cancellations to the order. If you made a mistake on your order, please email admin@pasarglamour.com immediately.
